Time Commitment & Compensation

  • Approximately 6-8h/month throughout the course of one academic year (June-May).
  • Individuals are compensated with a set stipend of $5,000 for one academic year, separate from this individual's FTE and salary with their health system employer.

Sandi Mulliner is employed at CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital. She has practiced as a speech-language pathologist for 19 years and as a clinical education liaison for 10 years. As an Interprofessional LEAP Champion, Sandi is most excited about the opportunity to expose learners to the standard of collaborative care early on in their education to improve the quality of care they provide, now and in the future.

Dr. Pratt is the director of Graduate Medical Education at Children's Minnesota where she has practiced as a pediatric hospitalist for 11 years. After completing residency training at the University of Minnesota, she has spent the past decade precepting medical students and residents through their pediatric clerkship and inpatient pediatric rotations. As an interprofessional LEAP Champion, she is most excited about engaging learners across disciplines in real and authentic learning opportunities that serve to strengthen team dynamics and improve value-based care.
